Updates to the SEWP RFQ tool

The following is a list of the changes effective 7/25/09.

1. SEWP terms "Request For Quote (RFQ)" and "Final Quote RFQ" have been changed to "Request A Quote".
2. SEWP term "Market Research RFI" has been changed to "Market Research Request".
3. We have provided an interface for Customers to add or edit a Secondary Contact. adding/editing can be done to "Open" or "Closed" requests without doing a mod or changing the current state of the Request.
4. We have added a Subject field to the request form. This is where customers can indicate what type of IT products they are looking for.
5. We have added a Time field to the Reply-By-Date area. This is for customers who wish to change the closing time from the default of 11:59p.m.
6. We have added to the attachment guidelines to assist with attachment uploads. Warning, files over 10MB may not be able to be received by contract holders.
7. Modifying a Request now requires a customer to provide brief details of changes in the Mod Remarks field before they can "Save n Send" without remarks.
8. We have changed "Receive my responses via (On-line / E-mail)" to "Attach quotes to my E-mail Notifications (Yes/No)" to better describe this option.
